Koa Cloud Terms of Service

By using Koa Cloud services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Access

You are granted access to the Koa Cloud platform and associated tools under your subscription plan. Subscriptions may include AI-enhanced features, automations, communications tools, and integrations.

2. AI Services and Fair Use

AI services are provided through integrated platforms including but not limited to OpenAI and DALL·E. Your subscription includes a specified fair use limit. Usage beyond these limits may require an upgrade or incur additional charges.

3. Unlimited AI Add-On

Clients who subscribe to the Unlimited AI Add-On are granted unlimited access to AI tools for the account where service is being delivered. This is non-transferable between accounts, should there be more than one account, and only applies to services rendered within the subscribed account.

4. Use of Creative Services

Creative services provided through Koa Creative may include the use of AI for copy, media, and design generation. These services are delivered under the umbrella of Koa Cloud and are subject to the same fair use and AI policy provisions. An Unlimited AI Usage subscription would include but not be limited to usage by Koa Creative for Creative services.
